How To Log Into TeamDynamix!(TDX)
Start by clicking on the same “IT Help Desk" icon on your computer desktop that you always use to open a ticket.
If your icon still takes you to the old help desk application, then restart your computer to get the updated icon and try again.
Once you get to the new application screen with the picture of the IT team on the main page, select the blue “Sign In” link in the top right corner.
The next screen will be the Microsoft single sign on (SSO) screen for integrated applications and will look like this:
Even though it says your email will work, you need to type in your active directory username and password
and it must be in this format: firstname.lastname@stellarind.net.
Do not use your email address or you will not get logged in.
Click next and enter your password in the next window.
Remember, this is the same username and password you use to log into your computer. Click “Sign In” on this window and you will see the next window.
Check the “Don’t show this again” box and select “No” to avoid problems later when you change your password.
Once you have authenticated successfully, you will be back at the TeamDynamix(TDX) IT Help Desk main page.
The difference will be that your name will appear in the top right corner of the screen where it said “Sign In” before.
Congratulations! You are now successfully signed into the IT Help Desk TeamDynamix(TDX) application.
