This article contains a guide to set up an Apple iPhone in InTune Mobile Device Management
InTune Setup for Apple iPhone
If you have Maas360 currently installed on your device start here, if not proceed to step 4
Go to the settings ICON on your apple device
- Then go into the General tab, scroll down and then select VPN & Device Management. Click on the management profile and then at the bottom click Remove profile.
- You will then be asked for your passcode followed by a confirmation prompt to Remove Management
- Once this is done go to your app store on your home screen
- Search Company Portal
- Select Get.
- This will prompt you to double click side button to install
- Open the App and then Click Sign in
The Microsoft username will be the following nomenclature FirtsName.LastName@Stellarind.net followed by your Network Password. This will be followed by a setup screen. Press Begin to start.
- The next screen is informational as to what the Management profile can and can’t do. After reading press continue.
- This will bring you to the setup screen press continue
11. Press Allow to download profile
- Once you get this screen hit close and proceed to the settings ICON on the home page
- Select the Profile Downloaded selection
- Hit the Install button
- Enter the passocde that you use to unlock your phone
- Hit the Install button
- Click the Install button again.
- Hit the Trust button to allow Remote Management on the device
- Once you get to this screen you can hit Done and the window will close
- Navigate back to home screen and locate the Company Portal app and open
- Select the continue button
- Select Continue to proceed with setup
- This screen will display this while the app verifies the phones configuration. This may take up to five minutes to verify.
- You need to accept the changes made by the App Three times
- Once this has been done the window will close and will begin downloading your apps. If you already have Outlook, you can open and begin using. It may take a few minutes to sync your entire account. You will need to open DUO to activate the app that was pushed down from InTune
