Locating and Using Phish Alert
There are two places you might see the Phish Alert button for reporting suspected Phishing Emails.
Some users will find it when they open an email in the area immediately below the sender information as in
the image below.
You may also locate it in the Outlook ribbon by following these steps:
1. Open the email message that seems suspicious.
2. Use the button at the top of the ribbon on the upper right corner
3. This will open a side panel where you can report the suspicious message
