Digital Persona

This article will explain how to enroll a Stellar Industries employee ID badge into Digital Persona.

1. At your station enter your username and password. Username is firstname.lastname. Username is not case sensitive. Enter your Password then press enter or the right arrow button next to your password.

 

 

 

2. Once you are logged into Windows. Click the arrow button in the lower right corner. Right click on the blue icon that has the white “I” in the center of the icon.

 

3. Left click on “Open HID DigitalPersona AD Console”.

 

 

4. Enter your AD or computer password into the password. Click “create” to continue.

 

5. Click the enter button under “Credential Manager”.

 

6. Click the add button to add a RIF id card (you’re Stellar Employee Badge.)

 

7. Click enroll to enroll your badge into Digital persona. Once you scan your badge your badge will enrolled, and you can then click done at the lower right hand corner. You're badge has been successfully enrolled. After this point anytime you start your shift in the morning you will enter your password first. Once you lock your computer you can then use your badge to scan the reader to unlock it. Please note if the computer restarts or shuts down you will have to re enter your password to use the badge reader to unlock computer.
