If you login using the Kinetic Menu Screen and have not customized it, the layout will default to the Epicor "Canned" Home Screen. Some of the screens on there may be to paths that you do not have access to. For example, Quote Entry, Order Entry, AR Invoice Entry, etc.
You're still able to access the menu item from this screen. Navigate to the 9 dots, and here the main menu, favorites, etc will display. You can also search here for menu items:
