Engineering Services

Engineering Services provides comprehensive technical expertise to support both product development and manufacturing operations through Design Engineering and Production Engineering.

**Design Engineering** focuses on creating and improving products, including new product development, product enhancements, and innovation initiatives. This team develops concepts, designs, prototypes, and new technologies, supporting the organization’s product roadmap and innovation lab efforts.

**Production Engineering** supports manufacturing by improving processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring reliable production. This includes process optimization, troubleshooting production issues, developing fixturing and tooling solutions, supporting automation and equipment, and enabling successful new product introduction (NPI).
