Logging into Epicor Learning Center

Prior to logging into the Epicor Learning Center, an administrator needs to set you up with a username and password through EpicWeb.  Request this through an I.T. ticket.

Logging into the Epicor Learning Center:

https://erpcustomer.epicor.com/lms/public/initchoose

1. Disable Pop-Ups in your web browser for this site if needed.
2. Choose ‘Kinetic’ as your product site.
3. Navigate to the “dots” and select Course Catalog.  Choose browse to see course list by category or Course Listing / Search to search or filter by category.

4. In the Search field, type in a keyword such as “Job” or “Sales Order”.
5. Click on the “Take Course Now”.  A pop-up will appear with a video.
6. Skip through and take notes as needed.  Navigate back to the search to watch other courses.
