Using OneDrive to share and receive files from Vendors

  1. Open Windows File Explorer on your desktop. 
  2. When explorer opens you should see on the left-hand side your OneDrive folders. It should either OneDrive - Stellarindustries or Name - Stellarindustries.com
  3. Under OneDrive - Stellarindustries.com you should have your documents folder linked. Go the folder create a new folder and give it a name.

  1. After the folder has been created, you will need to right click on the folder, click share with the OneDrive symbol and put the person's email address. Click the drop down next to email address and select what access they need. This will be view or edit.

  1. After you have entered the person’s name and set the appropriate permissions. You can type in a message below and then click send.

  1. The recipient will receive an email that you have shared a file/folder with them. They will click the link and the web browser will open to that location if they have edit access, they can upload files to the folder from their computer.
