Creating a Production Control Service Request

This article provides a step-by-step guide to opening a ticket in the TeamDynamix (TDX) Production Control Application.

Please note that this is just an example. While your specific request may differ, the process for submitting a ticket remains the same.

Steps to Open a Production Control Ticket

  1. Click on the “IT Help Desk” icon on your computer desktop.

  1. A client portal window will open. Click on the “Services” tab in the top navigation bar.

  1. Navigate to the “Operations Support” service.

  1. Navigate to the “Production Control” Service

  1. Choose the specific service you need within Production Control.

Note: Some services may have additional options. For example, “Rework / Job Maintenance” includes:

  • Request Rework Job
  • Request Shop Job
