Steps to Open a Production Control Ticket
- Click on the “IT Help Desk” icon on your computer desktop.
Note: The icon may vary depending on your default browser.

- A client portal window will open. Click on the “Services” tab in the top navigation bar.
Note: Your screen may appear slightly different.

- Navigate to the “Operations Support” service.

- Navigate to the “Production Control” Service

- Choose the specific service you need within Production Control.
Note: Some services may have additional options. For example, “Rework / Job Maintenance” includes:
- Request Rework Job
- Request Shop Job
