When submitting a ticket for a new Power BI report, or for an existing report that seems to be showing incorrect data, attached screenshots of the corresponding data source are most useful when the entire screen is included rather than a small part of it. For example, if the data was coming from Epicor, try to capture the entire screen that contains the data you're wanting to see used in the report rather than just a few fields. It is also helpful to include a note or screenshot with the report and workspace name if the ticket is regarding an existing BI. This information can be found in the top left corner of the BI page (see attached screenshot). This speeds up work on BI reports and reduces the amount of back and forth necessary for clarification, as it gives us a better idea of where to start looking for the data to be used in the report.
