Before you begin
Make sure you've registered your authentication methods (e.g., Microsoft Authenticator mobile App, security questions, etc.). If you're not sure, visit: https://aka.ms/ssprsetup
Resetting your password (If you have forgotten it)
- Go to the Password Reset Page by visiting https://aka.ms/sspr or by clicking on the “Forgot my password” link when trying to sign in.
- Enter Your Account Username (firstname.lastname@stellarind.net) and enter the characters shown on the screen. Then click Next.
- Choose a Verification Method
You will be asked to verify your identity using two of the following:
- Mobile app code (Microsoft Authenticator)
- Mobile app notification
- Security questions
- Reset Your Password
Once verified, you will be prompted to enter a new password. Make sure it meets Stellar’s password requirements.
- 14 Characters Minimum
- Uppercase and lowercase letters
- At least one Number
- At least one Symbol
- It can’t contain your username
Note: There is a minimum password age of 24 hours, which means if your password has just been set or changed, you can’t change it again for 24 hours.
- Sign In with Your New Password
You can now log in to your account using the new password.
Resetting your password (If you know it)
- Go to: https://myaccount.microsoft.com
- Sign in and click 'Password' on the left menu.
- Enter your current password, then your new password.
- Click 'Submit'.
