Program Rules

1. Referral Eligibility: Stellar Industries employees, except Management Group, are eligible to
receive incentive.
2. The hiring of a referred hourly employee must occur within 180 days (six months) of the initial
referral date.
3. Current temporary, summer, and contract employees of Stellar are not eligible candidates for
referral awards.
4. To be eligible for an award, the referrals must first be submitted to Human Resources and
must include a Candidate Referral Form and a resume or employment application.
5. The referring employee must agree to have his/her name used for introduction.
6. The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for
payment.
7. Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered. Do
not contact Human Resources questioning the status of the candidate.
8. All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with Stellar’s policies and
procedures.
9. All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
10. The referring employee must still be employed by Stellar during the hired candidate's 6
months of employment to receive the final payment.
11. Candidate must pass pre-employment testing and be working at the time both checks are
due to the referring employee and candidate.
12. Any disputes or interpretations of the program will be handled through Human Resources.
13. Referral bonus payments will begin within 60 days after the referred employee's 1st day of
employment at Stellar Industries.
14. Program effective through 03/30/2019.
15. The referral form and process should be completed by the employee off work time
